Jenna was announced about a dozen times as Jane Krakowki's replacement with different dates. At first she was supposed to join the cast along with Rebecca Luker and John Stamos (I believe Luker joined with him, I do know Banderas and Krakowski left the same night). Then, it was announced that the producers wanted to give her more rehearsal time and she would join at a later date while Gettelfinger played the role for a few performances...Then, it was announced that she would not be joining the cast at all. It was the worst-kept secret on Broadway that Elfman was fired (apparently from people that saw her in the role, she was God-awful, not sure if it was this role or Charity though, now I'm confused), she's still rehearsing the role of Carla.
