Theatrekid3, how am i ruining every thread when i don't even post in every thread. I don't even post in half of them. And I am just merely having conversations about theatre, not trying to argue with anyone. There are other people on this board who are ruining it, not me

went tonight had no clue Burtka had bailed, he's not even in the playbill anymore but awkwardly is still all over the front of the theater, weirdly the ISBY twitter as if yesterday is still telling folks his return is TBD

Based on a picture of the sign in sheet on the official twitter page, the show had planned for Burtka to be out through this time.

Thanks for pointing that out. I looked again and Hydzik was on the sheet, so that means he was in the cast as early as 6/23.

On medical leave from ISHBY for vocal issues. Upset I won’t be able to return as the show announced its final performance will be 8/9.

Must have delicate vocals chords to need rest from singing in it

Despite what Philly said, the show was enjoyable fluff which is more than I can say for some long running shows.

I didn't even think the show was good honestly. I give them credit for trying something new, but the music wasn't even good, it wasn't funny, and there was no production value. wackkkkk
