Has anyone received their replacement tickets for Dear Evan Hansen since it moved from the Belasco Theatre to The Music Box Theatre? I have only received an email stating new tickets were being sent but have not received the tickets yet.

I asked the box office the other day while I was in the area, they said to come the week of.....she said, if your in the Mezz or orch in belasco you should have the same seats in the music box

I got an email a few days ago that my ticket had been "purchased." The email didn't give the location of my seats but I used the confirmation number to look it up. I had purchased center front row of the balcony at the Belasco and was given center row J of the mezz at the Music Box. Having sat in the last row of the mezz at the Music Box and thought it was great, I'm very pleased with my new seat.

How did you use the confirmation number to look it up? I can't find anywhere on Telecharge's website to search my new confirmation number to find out where I'm sitting.

I got mine this morning (after receiving an email two days ago that they had been "purchased"

In case anyone who bought Balcony at the Belasco is curious, I had front row centre section of the balcony (aisle seats) originally. My new seats are row J of the mezz at the Music Box, still aisle.
I'm kinda bummed I lost front row (I'm super short), but happy they kept me in the aisle.

You actually ended up with a much better seat. Front row of the balcony at the Belasco is awful, especially for a short person, due to the high bar railing. Row J is the second to last row of the mezzanine at the Music Box; although high, it offers a clear, unobstructed view.

Good to know! I sat 2nd row balc for Hedwig at the Belasco and didn't have a problem, but maybe my vantage point there was just above the bar.

I ended up getting mine this morning as well! I had front row center of the balcony at the Belasco, and now have Row J in the center mezz. I'm pretty happy!

Anybody else not heard anything since the 10/3 email saying they would be refunding/recharging and sending new tickets? I have orchestra seats for a preview in mid-November, but no tickets yet.

Hopefully I'll get mine soon. I had orchestra seats on the aisle and hope the Music Box tickets will also be an aisle seat.

Haven't received mine. I have faith that it will all be cool, but still, I'm traveling in from out of town to see this show so I would like a little closure and peace of mind.

I have tickets to the first preview and haven't gotten my new tickets yet. Hopefully they're coming soon since we're just a month away now.

I have orchestra tickets for the previews and had not heard anything beyond the first email, so I called Telecharge yesterday. The guy looked up my order and said they just had not gotten to me yet, but that a print at home email would be sent in plenty of time before the performance. Sounds like they are still working on swapping out seats.

I stopped by the box office to ask about replacement tickets. They said that Telecharge is still working on it, and by a week before the show, people can pick up tickets at the box office or would be emailed out. They promised that tickets would still be for the same day, seats together if purchased together, and either the same seats or better. Balcony seats will most likely be in the mezz- no more specific info, they were quite vague... They blocked out most of the seats at the Music Box so people cannot buy them online until everyone else has had their seats transferred from the Belasco, then any leftover seats will be opened up for purchase to the public again.

Liotte, you may not have asked about this (and that's fine), but did they seem to suggest that it would ONLY either be box office pickup or print-at-home? I ask because I had hard tickets mailed to me, and my Telecharge email said that they would send out replacement hard tickets, which seems in contradiction to what the box office staff told you. Thank you!

The refunds haven't hit my account yet but the new purchases did. I just got the confirmation for my 12/3 seat, which went from last row balcony to Row J mezz. I'm still waiting on my Row A orchestra seat for the first preview to be reassigned, which may be tomorrow based on when the charges hit.

I used a debit card and I'm just worried that purchase is going to hit before the refund and I won't have those funds for however many days it takes to reflect those credits.

Yeah, that's the boat (debit card) that I'm in this week but I'm hoping the credits hit tomorrow.
My other ticket was just reassigned and the location didn't change - orchestra A103.

How is everyone finding out what seat they got? I got an e-mail yesterday saying that my ticket for the performance I'm seeing on Wednesday, November 16 was purchased, but it didn't say anything except the order number, which I can't find on the website, or where I can enter the order number to see what seat I got.

At the very bottom of the page (when not viewing on mobile) there should be a link to order status that asks for your email and the (new) order number. It won't show on your regular previous orders listing.

Ugh, still waiting. Just checked with Telecharge who said "looks like they just haven't gotten to yours yet". Mine are to mailed and are for the very start of the run, so how are they prioritizing these?? Anyway, she promised it should be soon.
