I don't mean to be a hater, but she can't even hit the high notes in the recording studio. So many good singers out there! Just sayin'
I think she sounds great.

I think she sounds stunning and I cannot wait to see what she will do with the role.

"she can't even hit the high notes in the recording studio"
Well, the recording studio is the one place where it doesn't matter if someone can hit the high notes or not.
She sounds good to me! Didn't she do the vocals for that Whitney Houston television bio pic?

That's odd... I thought she sang it flawlessly and with great ease. Plus the entire score has been lowered than the original Whitney keys.
Well Whitney probably lowered the keys when she performed them live too.
Cox sounds fine and has a good voice but she is on the same key the entire time basically, Whitney went up and down with her songs, especially when she was younger and even when she recorded The Bodyguard songs.

Does anyone know if singer Amanda Cole has been cast in the role of Rachel's sister?
I find Cox inconsistent live. I've heard her sound great and quite terrible. Flat, off key during Jekyll and Hyde. I might try to see the Canadian production that she is not associated with.

Considering it opens next month I'm surprised no casting has been made at all. I'd be curious who the alternate Rachel Marron is.
