Nothing against her. But some of you are making it sound like she's originating roles and getting Tony nominations. She's done a few tours and has two Broadway credits as a replacement.

I didn't see anyone mistake this for originating a role or make mention of the Tonys until your post, ljay. All I'm reading in this thread are posts expressing excitement and/or optimism about her new role. Diana is generally well liked and some are looking forward to her "9 to 5" stint. That's far from canonizing her as the new Bernadette Peters.
