When my friend did the cancellation line 2 weeks ago, she was the last person to get tix and the tix offered to her were SRO ($40 each). Since it was 7:03pm (show started 7pm), she was THRILLED she got tix and also thrilled she and her friend only spent $80 to see the show!

Don't quote me on this but I believe they offer the regular $177 cancellation seats first, and then offer leftover SRO spots. She told me that the usher let them sit in vacant orchestra seats during intermission so they got a great deal.

Some unclaimed lottery tickets turn up at the cancellation ticket line for $167. This is when people win the online lottery, pay $10 for each ticket and do not turn up to collect them.

I thought the way unclaimed lotto tickets hit the cancellation line was if/when lotto winners did not reply to the winner email and did not pay their $10 per ticket within the 60 minutes allowed. If you've paid for your lottery tickets and then just don't show up at curtain to claim them the box office has the right to sell your paid for tickets to someone else?

I feel somewhat vindicated on our suggestion that Kanye West could be the big-name replacement for Lin Manuel-Miranda, which so many on this board scoffed at. C

LOL All suggestions/who I want to see in awards show interviews. They are not even producers. I will believe it when it's becomes 'official'

If Kanye West took over for Miranda, it would become the Kanye Show. A lot of people don't like him. I wouldn't even want to see the show if he played Hamilton. And I agree with the above poster: he seems difficult to work with, and I can see him arguing with Kail and not taking direction well. His ego is huge. I don't see it happening.
