This is the CHEESIEST thing ever, but I'm gonna share it cuz I'm a nerd.
I cry sometimes during musical theatre when something reminds me of how much I want to be on stage. Like all throughout Little Women (because of Sutton, I was such a baby! it was my first time in NYC though too), and sadly even during that curtain call.
So when there is a really magical moment in a show (such as One Day More) then yeah, I cry.

I actually cried during the ending. I know, I'm a nerd.
LES MIZ always makes me cry.
I cried at a bunch of points in the show. One Day more didn't make me cry, but it gave me chills. I cried at the ending.
I get teary-eyed during "One Day More", which is not exactly crying. However, I'm known to bawl my eyes out at the end of West Side Story.

Stephanie, I know exactly what you mean. I'll be watching a show and all of a sudden, I'll think, "Oh god, I want to be up there so badly, doing what they're doing" and, depending on the time of month, I usually start crying.
But more on topic...no, I don't cry during One Day More.
i'm not really a cryer but i do tear up during little fall of rain and the end when jean valjean dies (especially when i saw the broadway revival production b/c alex g. is so good). i don't cry during one day more but i do get chills big time and i always think "it's the end of act one already? not fair, that went too fast!" :)
Les Miserables was the first musical that made me actually cry (as opposed to just getting a little misty-eyed) and I cried each time I saw it.
Fantine's death always gets me, A Little Fall of Rain often does (depends on the cast), Bring Him Home (depends on the Valjean), Empty Chairs At Empty Tables (defintely depends on the Marius), and Valjean's final scene all get me crying.
One Day More is a great scene, but it's never made me cry in the least.

StephanietheStar--I definitely had that with Sutton Foster in the Drowsy Chaperone! I thought it would sound silly to say out loud, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I've seen Les Miz 10 times now, and I have never cried. I get chills a lot. During the revival, all the death scenes had me choked up and tearing a little. At Thursday's performance, two girls behind me were sobbing at the end.
---Simple answer, "Yes." Tears in the eyes every time.
I know someone (who knows who they are) that's a member of this website whoc ries REGARDLESS of how many times she sees the end of les miz
LOL good, I'm not alone :)
Oh, I saw Kristy Cates in concert over the weekend and she def. made me cry like 10 times....it was weird..I was like, what's wrong with me!!

Omg, I saw this thread title and the first thing I thought was "...at the end of Les Mis." So yeah, I cry pretty much every time at the end of the show.
not during that number, but the show does make me cry at other times.
I myself have never been a big fan of Les Mis; Miss Saigon worked much better for me.

To all those who cry b/c it's not them onstage I have a secret to share - all actors do this. And those that are onstage cry b/c they want to be in that other part that so-and-so got. Its professional envy. But not envy in a begrudging way, envy in the way that makes you work harder.
Anyhoo-I get chills during One Day More every time i hear it.
Also, Defying Gravity, A Little Priest, Overture from Nine (that harmony!), and Only You from Starlight Express (I know, I know....)

I got teary-eyed during "What Have I Done?" The end of the novel makes me cry, but not the musical.
The hardest I've EVER cried during a musical was listening to the cast recording of Parade (I think it started during "All the Wasted Time" which still makes me cry from time to time, but by the "Finale" I was just bawling.) Imagine if I'd seen the freaking show; I'd be a wreck.
I also pretty much always cry during "How Glory Goes" in Floyd Collins.
