Didn't Dracula the Musical have to stop during previews to fix things?
I can understand stopping for technical issues but not because an actor forgot a line or if a prop is in the wrong place.

Gee
Why didn't they yell STOP after the first song in "Good Vibrations"?
We neber did hear if the pig was any good.
and how about the parrot?

I've had experience, as an audience member, with a delay during a preview performance when a moving set didn't work correctly, but I've never heard a director yell "Stop." However, TVBoy, 45 seconds doesn't really sound like that long a time. Was the Pushme-pullyou there?

45 seconds seems like forever, when the focus of the show is broken. :)

Yes, the parot was excellent! He begins the show, actually.(He reminded me of ZaZu from "Lion King.") The Pushmi/Pullyu was wonderful as well, odd, but wonderful. :) (I have never read the book or watched the movie, so you could imagine my surprise when that walked out! The author was sitting near me and I could see him looking around, watching the audience's reaction.)

The pig, dog, and monkey are the animals featured the most. The only two animals I didn't care for (the ones I made the Wal-Mart comment about) were the duck and the seal. The Giant Sea Snail is large, and in a way, reminded me of those giant blow-up characters some people like to put in their front yards around Christmas time -- just on a much larger scale. I also liked the Giant Lunar Moth used at the conclusion of the show.

My parents told me several of the cast members sang at their church service this morning. Sorry I missed that...

Now, see. If you were a good boy- you would have been at church to hear "Old MacDonald Loves The Lord...Eee-Eye-Eee-Eye-Ooh!"

Too many late nights, son. :)
