Does anyone know? If I were to go to the box office THIS afternoon, would i be able to get a ticket for tonight's performance without paying a crazy high price? Thanks for the help!

Elf has no rush of any kind . They did in 2012, but escalating costs at the north pole precluded a way to get in for a reasonable price now.
They have a lottery via BroadwayDirect: https://lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/elf-ny/?_gl=1*kdkqnt*_up*MQ..*broadwaydirect_ga*MTYyMzY0NzU3LjE3MzM5NTYwNzc.*broadwaydirect_ga_Y4Z8911974*MTczMzk1NjA3Ni4xLjAuMTczMzk1NjA3Ni4wLjAuNDM1ODI5NDIx

You may "faint" when you see the cost to get into. See other post in the land of shiz and oz.

Yeah, it’s annoying there is no rush, I couldn’t even win the lottery pre-Thanksgiving when they had empty houses! I’ve been entering daily and finally won today.

Do yourself a favor and rush in the opposite direction unless you like to be surrounded by little kids running up and down the aisles, talking at full volume, munching every crunchy snack imaginable as loudly as possible, and their useless parents doing nothing. Not fun.
