I just...had to share this. I didn't see it posted, and I was WOWED by it!
He's incredibly talented. I saw him perform with Yale's A Cappella group, The Duke's Men of Yale and I was completely blown away by him. I have a recording of him singing "What A Good Boy" by The Barenaked Ladies and it's ridiculous.
Well, that solves the Glee vs Rock of Ages debate at least! They both lose!
That's insane.
Beautifully amazing!
Wow! He is definitely very talented.
That is kind of amazing...
Wow! That was amazing. Now I can't stop watching that video!
As amazing as that was, I wish it had been entirely a capella-- percussion and guitar provided by human vocals, too. My school's Madrigal group does that, and it's amazing how convincing it sometimes sounds.
That said, the version from "Glee" doesn't impress me all that much... but weirdly, the Rock of Ages one was my favorite Tony performance and I watch it over and over again. So I think there's just something wrong with me.
This guy's so adorable and energetic, though! He looks like he's having so much fun doing this.
