I’ve been a fan of hers for awhile, and it’s crazy that she only has one Broadway credit (among a fantastic career on the West End). With the recent success of Ted Lasso and her well deserved Emmy win, it would be amazing to see her come back. She’s quite the versatile performer, so I’m interested to hear what people might like to see her tackle in NYC.

Re non-musicals, I think she might be a terrific Regina Giddens or an Alexandra Del Lago in Sweet Bird or Josie in Moon for the Misbegotten or Martha in Sweet Bird. In fact, I could see her in almost anything in which Colleen Dewhurst appeared, which is saying something.

She definitely has more of a name value now but I WISH she had enough guaranteed name value for Mame. She obviously would be amazing and probably get love letter reviews, but it's hard to raise say $30m on "ya know, that funny woman from that soccer show you like!"

She has that larger than life quality that would add to the fun. I think she would be the perfect Mame, but she would also be a great Vera.

I agree with everyone else that Hannah should absolutely star as Mame.
