"Dreamers" Sheet Music

Can anyone help me find sheet music to the song "Dreamers"? I've done some research, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Sarah Brightman has performed it, and it is on John Barrowman's CD "Reflections from Broadway". I'm looking to perform it about a month and a half from now, and if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it!

This is exactly what i mean, him and 2 or 3 others are nothing but bullies and very very rarely post anything constructive regarding the theatre world. Their aim is just to be as hostile as possible to others on here in the aim to get fights started and people banned. A very nasty group of people spoil a lot of fun on these boards and he has always ben know as one of the worst offenders! The post 3 above this proves his hostility !!!!! The mods should be watching this.
