Yeah when they made the announcement of Denzel matching their money raised, I was so excited... the world needs more selfless people like him!!

Little Women's MARCH GIRLS GONE WILD skit was the funniest since Avenue Jew. It was definitely NOT what I expected from that show, LOL. Hiiilarious.

Juliet, what time did you get there? A girl a few people ahead of me in the line to pick up tickets looked a little like the person in your user picture... I was there insanely early, I thought it was at 4 haha.

Wow. What a classy move by Mr. Washington. My respect for him just jumped up several notches.

Wow, that March Girls Gone Wild thing sounds really... interesting.

So it WAS true about the Little Women skit! Holy ****, wow! I CANNOT imagien Sutton doing that. Wow, just wow. I coughed when I read that.

I think so. Wow, I'm still a bit choked up from that.

Okay, yeah, I was there around 3:45 also... maybe a little bit later? Did someone go up to you and say hello and say that his parents were there? lol I remember that happening but for the most part I was trying to stay out of the sun because I was burning. Oh, and I remember the people in front of me were talking about Family Guy. :-p

I'm a bcefa volunteer and for Gypsy of the Year, we were in the third row center orchestra!! But this time we were not so lucky, although we did manage front and center mezz, so it was pretty sweet. I was surrounded by Hairspray / Mamma Mia people who were all very loud. :-p

I loved the thing they did with Charlotte, and Sweet Charity / Chicago. It was very sweet!!

This was my 4th Easter Bonnet and definitely one of my favorites!!

haha yeah that was totally me!! and i also talked to the people behind me about Family Guy. the guy who came up to me with his parents was Daniel Torres from Altar Boyz!! please check out my review about that! :) wooo! wish i could have met you!

Who performed from DRS and Spamalot? Glad to hear they're poking fun at their competition.

Ok...I might be wrong, but I'm almost certain they said that Denzel would be matching everything raised from HIS show. That's still a hugely generous offer, of course, but nothing compared to matching a couple mill. Hats off to him for doing that, though. Love it when Hollywood people step up.

Other favorite moments in the show:
Doris Eaton Travis - that women brought tears to my eyes. She's exactly what I want to be when I grow up.

Sutton - hahahaha. I think the entire place was in complete shock when she screamed F***. hahaha. Ah, sutton. I personally also loved when she was like... "That's right, I got your green glass right here! *slaps butt* Gimme gimme!!!!" hahaha.

Wow - the dancing this year was just incredible. LOVED movin out. Was it just my angle or did the two guys actually drop Elizabeth Perkins? OUCH.

Steel Magnolias...NOT FUNNY.

Good Vibrations - SO horribly bad. took it a step too far in making fun of themselves. Ended up just dancing around in bikinis. NOT funny.

In the beginning number, the la cage boys were talking about all of the songs. Loved when they referred to Bklyn... "Brooklyn makes cold hearts melt... Holy S*** that B**** can BELT!" lol.

Don Richard and Jen Cody were HYSTERICAL as officer lockstock and little sally. SO GLAD to see them back. SO FUNNY. Woohoooooo!

The producers...pretended to turn everything in nyc orange. Um..not funny.

12 Angry Men RAPPING was hysterical. I personally think they should win. :)

Maureen McGovern's Help Is On The Way at the end was breathtaking. What a SONG and what a VOICE. Wow.

Ah, what a fun day. You all should go... tickets for the balcony are only $20! This is my third year!

Yes, I was there as well - WONDERFUL WONDERFUL evening in the New Amsterdam (my first time)!

The LA CAGE bois opened and closed the show and did their number with Gary Beach in the middle and were solid as ever throughout.

Other highlights of mine included the loud applause for Brian O'Byrne & CHerry Jones as they presented.

The 12 Angry Men Skit was enjoyable.

The announcement of Denzels contributions was wonderful!

Sister Aloysious favorite group the ALTER BOIS in one of the best skits on that stage.

MOVIN OUT with a beautiful (far better than the boring Lion King dance number imho) dance featuring Elizabeth and her baby.

Good Vibrations making fun of their own show, with the adorable Kate Reinders doing her Gypsy song!

Nessa Rose's Turn with Carole Shelly making a brief appearance was fitting.

Chris/Rod was adorable.

Charolette D'Amboise in Charity & Chicago skit was wonderful!

SUTTON FOSTER DESERVES A TONY - HANDS DOWN for this performance.

Maureen McGovern sang absolutely beautifully.

Michael Benjiman Washington as MAHOGANY was an absolute hysterical delight as he ushered on the oldest living Zigfield girl.

But BY FAR the BEST and biggest highlight of the ENTIRE evening was OFICER LOCKSTOCK & LITTLE SALLY! The ripped every show to SHREADS and the place was in hysteics. The Christina Applegate, Little Women, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Spamalot, and espcially Daniel Davis being compared to Satan blurbs are not to be missed.

If you can - GO SEE IT TOMORROW - youll love it!
