So I have tickets already for Gypsy, Pirates, Glengarry, Floyd Collins and The Last Bimbo.
I have one matinee open. I'm torn between:
Death Becomes Her: Saw in Chicago and absolutely LOVED it. Would love to see what changes are made.
Oh, Mary: Kind of a moot point - I can only afford the lottery, and if I win I'll absolutely be seeing this.
The Outsiders: I think at the bottom of my list at this point. I missed it last season and still want to see it... but idk.
Buena Vista Social Club: Has not been on my list but recently I've heard really good things
Dead Outlaw: Same as Buena Vista
John Proctor: Same as above
Purpose: Same as above.
Any opinions or advice?

If you are looking for out right fun, “Oh, Mary!” But I would still choose “The Outsiders.” DBH’s second act just did not play well for me. I found it very boring.

I would generally go with whatever is least likely to tour, and in this case that would be any of the plays.

I haven't seen Buena Vista or Purpose but my vote goes to John Proctor. If you're not feeling strongly about Outsiders I'd just catch it on tour, and I didn't feel as enthusiastic about Dead Outlaw as many others. I think it would be cool to see Death Becomes Her again but unless you're quite attached to Megan/Jennifer then that will probably tour also for you to see the changes
I appreciate everyone's opinions!! At this point I think I'm leaning towards the plays which is generally uncharacteristic of me.
