~ i believe it's either fan made or a custom made one-of-a-kind manufactured by mattel for the broadway bears charity auction.

It's a hand-customized doll. Mattel has never produced or sold an Evita/Eva Peron Barbie. (25 year Barbie/pop culture collector.)
They have produced a Broadway Themed set before though... most notably, the "Phantom Of the Opera" Ken & Barbie set. It is HIGHLY coveted by Barbie collectors. It goes for hundreds...

kind of on par if you ask me for a collectible especially a 2 doll set.
