I like that they recorded the dialogue during the prologue. Aren't they performing it in two acts though? Where's the Entr'acte? Is the Entr'acte not "definitive"?

Looks like the recording is treating this as a one act musical.

My guess is that they probably didn't think it was worth it, since that act two intro music is only about twenty seconds long and it's exactly the same music that plays out at the end of "Too Many Mornings."

Yeah, but I love the dialogue that leads into "The Right Girl." I wish they had kept it for the recording.

I hate that Tommy Krasker notes that cast recordings aren't about preserving an entire show and states it as fact instead of just his opinion. There have been cast recordings in the past that did record and preserve the entire show, dialogue and all, and those few are some of my favorites. That, of course, is a preference of mine but I'm not claiming it as factual in the way that he does.

Apparently we'll be able to get "Don't Look At Me" on November 10th from 'Theatermania magazine' (what's that?)
