My least favorite changes are the rewritten lyrics to “ With One Look” in SUNSET BOULEVARD from Sydmonton to the final song in the production.
Also, the change at the end of “ New Ways to Dream” from London to LA/ NY by dropping “ They can’t see where the future lies....They don’t recognize a star. “ Such a mistake.
On the flip side, I like most of the other changes from London to LA / NY.

Not only is the Broadway version far stronger, it's also the one that's going to be licensed for amateur and high school performance. Why wouldn't you make that version the one that's readily accessible?"
We do have the audio recording of the show from the live broadcast that aired as well as a DVD release of it thankfully
-I will never not be mad at the fact that 'Velma's Revenge' was not included on the Hairspray cast recording!!! I freaking love that song so much. I remember talking to Linda Hart about it and she told me that she was upset about it too, and that she was told that they didn't have room on the CD for it. I wish they would have released it as a bonus track or something on a re-release of the recording for its anniversary or something.
-I also wish that we had got a London cast recording of 'Priscilla Queen of the desert'. I know that the show was very similar to the Australian version of the show, but I would have liked a professional recording of 'the Kylie medley/confide in me' as Oliver Thornton really belted it out in the show
I always really miss the "So Big/So Small" playoff music when listening to the Dear Evan Hansen cast album. It's such a gorgeous lift out of the song, and it's a beautiful transition into the finale.

This is my favorite part of the show as it's such a cathartic moment after the heaviness of Words Fail and the emotions of So Big/So Small. I always wondered why they didn't include it when the album could easily have fit it in. I'm hoping the movie will include it.
It's never going to happen, but I really want an updated recording of Love Never Dies. I believe the tour was selling a CD version of the Australian pro-shot, but I don't have CD players anyway.
You can also stream the Australian cast recording for Love Never Dies. It was the second result when searching on Apple Music (behind the origin album cast) and it’s also on YouTube.
