So many great final moments, I have several favorite but one that sticks out the most for me would be Hair's finale: The Flesh Failures/Eyes Look Your Last/Let the Sunshine In

The final scene of Camelot between Arthur and Tom of Warrick. "Run, boy! Run!"
Also, Arthur's Soliloquy at the end of Act I.

Finale of Les Mis

Cervantes and his servant ascending the stairs during Impossible Dream to face their fate in Man Of LaMancha.

Most tearful- Tell Me It's Not True from Blood Brothers.

"Now, Mr DeMille. I'm ready for my close-up." Sunset Blvd

Titanic

But then there are great, really somber endings like
West Side Story

The revival of Journey's end. The theatre is pitch black and all you hear are extremely loud blasts that seems to go on for minutes. Then silence as all of the soldiers stand across the lip of the stage with a huge backdrop with thousands of names of fallen soldiers of WW1. Astonishing.

Also - The Light in the Piazza's final stage picture is breathtakingly gorgeous

ONE from A CHORUS LINE.

The whole damn thing.

From the on stage struts of the cast at the top of the number, to the linking of arms, creating that "human carousel" and finally forming the line to back step upstage and pose with the hat and strut downstage; the deco sunburst, the final kicks of the line to a slow fade out.

I never felt anything like the way I felt after I saw the revival of Pippin. I was never a huge fan of the show, and bought tickets because of the hype. i fell in love. I had chills in during the finale. I saw a matinee and headed to Penn Station right after the show. I don't remember anything about the 10 or so block walk to Penn Station, as I was so wrapped up in thinking about the finale. So beautiful, yet oh so haunting.

Definitely my favorite finale has to be Phantom. I know it's considered to start during "Down once more" but I'm in awe starting at "Point of No return.

I'll always have a soft spot for The Book Of Mormon's ending. It's so happy and energetic and does a great job wrapping up the show.

Although it's not my favorite, the ending to Cabaret {'94 version and the 2012 London version} are both really chilling!

Blood Brothers! The final shoot out and the song 'Tell me it's not true' . You are at the edge of your seat, sheer brilliance. I love it!

The last moment in Wicked with Elphaba and Fieyro walking off with the cast singing.

The 2009 revival of HAIR where is Claude lying on the flag and the rest of the cast walks off the stage with their voices echoing "Let the Sunshine In".

The 2008 revival of Gypsy when Louise walks off the stage laughing leaving Rose alone on stage with the lit up sign fading.

When the painting appears at the end of "Sunday In the Park With George".

Actually, the final moment in "Spider-Man" where Peter swings over the audience. One of the most memorable moments I have seeing a show.

Cabaret, hands down.

The end of the 98 revival is probably my favorite theatre moment ever, not just my favorite last moment.

The original ending to Merrily, with Old Frank staring helplessly into the spotlight, his face a white sheet of terrified regret. Closing with "Our Time" is a little more concise, to be sure, but there's something so pleasing about that emotional closure.

Also, not strictly Broadway but the final, still, perfect moments of Einstein on the Beach leave me pretty consistently awestruck.

In The Heights always makes me well up like a sucker. Even the cast recording.
