I need a Chinese restaurant that serves traditional (Cantonese) food such as fried rice, chow mein, etc. We used to go to China Regency on 7th Ave. but it recently closed. Ruby Foos doesn't seem to have a Cantonese menu. What about China Peace? Is it still open? Any other restaurants? Remember the House of Chan back in the 60's? Celebrities used to dine there all the time but it closed long ago.
