I'd have to only go with only musical ones, sorry (not that up on my Shakespeare).
"Soliloquy" (Carousel)
"Javert's Soliloquy/Suicide" (Les Miserables)
Does "Epiphiny" count? If so, that one as well.
"The man who wishes he had written Phantom of the Opera!" - SueleenGay

In a musical, wouldn't any solo where the actor was alone onstage constitute as a soliloquy?

I thought the thread title was inquiring as to which is the best rendition of SOLILOQUY - which means that for me, there is only one SOLILOQUY
"My boy Bill..." from CAROUSEL.

I have twin favorites(both are a bit cliche)
I Don't Know How TO Love Him - Jesus Christ Superstar
Back To Before - Ragtime
Duets that serve as soliloqueys
People Like Us - Wild Party

Definitely Gwen Verdon version of Charity and Roxie (though I don't know if Roxie counts since she's talking to the audience) also I think that "Fire Within Me" from Little Women was very moving.
good point daspazoo about musical characters on stage.
