Getting playbills and/or poster signed by cast has been a challenge. For one, Catherine MacCormack was a big no to several folks. She even scowled at someone. So before anyone raises the issue, I understand that is their prerogative and that they don't have to.
However, I did wonder about playbills being signed by cast children. Whether it's Ferryman or any other show, what is the routine for asking for sigs from child cast members? Some of the parents of the Ferryman child actors were very hostile to the request, while other parents and kids were more than happy. Someone said the parents don't want their kids to get spoiled. Others said that isn't true. I just wondered if anyone had any experience with this. I never did the SD at School of Rock or Matilda.
Thanks.
