^^^^
Agree.
What happened to the production values?
Unless they are gonna CGI the frick out of it?

The dress in the last 5 minutes of season three was better than what I'm seeing here. Unless they put her in this one on purpose because they knew people were watching making this like a stint to fool us. In that season three dress, the train started more to her neck and now it's almost at the bottom of her shoulders. This can't be the real thing. The show pays too much attention to detail to miss something like that. Her braid is too thin and she looks like she just blew in from a windy day in Chicago. Half of what I just said was someone else's words from a Facebook comment. lol. But I notice it now. Haha.

I'm hoping they'll CGI the dress to make it more frost-like. It does look a bit tacky. I always loved OUAT's costumes for the Princesses as they seemed to improve on the iconic looks. Not here though....

This has literally nothing to do with Broadway - Idina voicing the animated version doesn't count.

Also, that looks horrible. OUAT's quality - costumes and CGI, is just embarrassing.

Peeps, relax. These shots are not about "production values," they are real-life candids. They need a model of the wardrobe so they can dress it up ("CGI the frick out of it") as necessary to make it look all shiny and cool, just like they do with most other stuff on that show. I'm sure it will look dazzling in post.

"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had the practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." --Alice in Wonderland

Exactly. This is simply a shot of the actress on the set. It's not a still from the actual show. Elsa's dress will most definitely be as CGI-ed as it was on the season 3 finale. I don't see much of a point to discussing or even posting (and I mean the website, not the actual post on here) these shots online, they can never come close to capturing what the actual performer will look like in costume in the actual show.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"

I adore this show but I wish they wouldn't go so mainstream with their characters. Find some old Irish fairy tale or something.

If they went obscure, they would lose the point of the show- famous mainstream characters reimagined in two alternate universes, particularly the ones Disney owns some intellectual property rights to.
