I don't know about all of them, but that one of "Buddy's Blues" must have come from Boston (the men playing "Sally" and "Margie" give it away).

Okay, so THIS is why we'll never see a FOLLIES revival that will ever match the majesty and greatness of the original (design-wise, direction/choreography-wise, acting-wise), how spectacular and yet how sad...how FOLLIES!
