I am with Corine2 on this one. I love Forbidden Broadway
always have ever since Isaw it way back in the 80's. It is just
a fun show.

The new show will start after Sept 15th.
I think there are plans for a new cd, but that was said over a year ago and still no cd.
I want the new cd to have:
Can't Stop My Seat
Glossy Fosse Them
The Millie number "Gimmee Gimmee"
Defying Chenoweth
Hooray For Ballywood
Everything That's Old Is Still Old Again

I want the newer version. There are many versions of each song.
I want the Melanie version.
IT KILLS ME! Oh, my mistake "Saucy Fosse"

Mom,
I've loved FORBIDDEN BROADWAY in the past. I'd seen it about 4 times previously. However, when I saw it on New Year's Eve, it was flatter than a pancake. Perhaps I hit a bad night?
Mayor Koch was in the audience and he agreed with me. He'd seen better versions of it.

Gentle Corine,
I'm not familiar with the tune "Defying Dollypop". Hum a few bars and I'll fake it--the same way you fake half yoour messages here!

On a new FB CD I am hoping for "No Leading Ladies Tonight"
"Au revoir Les Miz" in addition too Corine2's list.
Dollypop, maybe you did catch them on an off night. As I said before I have seen this show many a time and have never waled away disappointed. Trust me there are a number of shows I wish I could have gotten my money back for!
For me this show is a winner.
