I just got Orchestra K 10-12 (middle of right orchestra) for that price on a weekday in previews.
"
Well thanks for offering no insight into the location of my tickets and instead choosing to offer criticism that isn't relevant for several reasons...
1. Not everyone can get to NYC again in time for previews. I'm already taking my mother to NYC in a week and have a long-planned and saved up trip to Europe planned for February. Trips are hard and expensive for people like me to plan so I decided to buy a ticket for well into the run (June 2nd).
2. For a weekend show, those $117 tickets in the orchestra don't exist and didn't exist yesterday. They are $145 before fees on the weekend which is really the only time I can go at that time of year. That $145 applies to both side orchestra mid-mezz while it's $125 for slightly further back in the mezzanine under the balcony overhang.
3. While the tickets are expectedly cheaper during the week, it's much more difficult for someone out of town to come to NYC during the week. If I were to attempt one of the Tuesday-Thursday shows, I'd have to likely take 3 days off of work instead of the one I'd have to take for a weekend trip. With vacation time being precious, that was a big deal.
4. Also, isn't mid-to-far side orchestra a bad idea for this show? IIRC the back of the stage is being extended so I'd have to imagine being on the mid to far sides of the orchestra would mean missing some stuff downstage...
Sorry if I seem a bit harsh with this reply but the condescending nature of the reply got to me.

How screwed am I?

I haven't sat in the balcony at the St. James, but, if you are having seat buyer remorse, Ticketmaster will usually let you exchange your seat for another seat of equal or greater value, for either the same date or a different date. I have done it before with both Ticketmaster and Telecharge. Just call and let them know that you have "seat envy" if you are looking to go on the same day, or a conflict if you are looking to change dates/seats. There has not been a charge to do this before, except to pay the difference if you are getting a more expensive seat. Good luck.

Thanks for this! I'll keep that under consideration but I think I'll stay put. I know the balcony is high up but it seems that from searching on the "Something Rotten balcony" thread that the front balcony is passable and Row A is pretty decent and I won't have to deal with any heads in front of me!
Thanks again.
If anyone has an unused code and is interested in selling, let me know and PM me. Thanks
Hello!
If anyone has an unused code would you mind messaging me? I'm happy to pay via PayPal or Venmo. I just won't be around on Monday when they go on sale. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Got my tickets to the 2nd preview w/o issue.
In case it hasn't been pointed out here yet - the codes are good for one purchase regardless of whether or not you purchased the maximum number of tickets allowed. It clearly states this in the email that provided the code.
