If he could scale it back a bit, I think Jack Black would be an interesting option. I don't know if he wants to do theater at this stage in his career, but he could do the comedy.

Really hope this still happens as planned. Surely Corden isn't that big a name so replacing him should be easy enough, even with a broadway name. Josh gad would be ideal in many ways after his frozen and Mormon success

If Whoopi was fired from The View, she would have campaigned to do it again. If untalented Sherri can land a job on Broadway, Whoopi could too- although she was not that great in the last revival...it was just her bizarre casting that kept the crowds coming and she was a bigger name then.
