Who do think will someday be a big star on Broadway (besides yourself, that is?)
I say Michelle Federer. I think she has everything it takes to play starring roles and I hope she gets to do it when Wicked ends!

Stephanie J. Block shows real great promise. So does Isabel Keating. And if we wouldn't waiting for him - Mitchel Federan.

I think Maurice Villa-Lobos could be huge. I hope he doesn't dissapear completely now that Cabaret is gone.

defintely Stephanie Block! Maybe she can take over if and when Idina Leaves!
also let's not forget Joanna Pacetti. The first pick for the role of Annie in the revival with the late Nell Carter. Pacetti must be Patti LuPone's relative or something because they sure belt alike!

Michael Cavanaugh is destined for success!
I totally agree with Michelle Federer- I think she's definately going to get big one day.
The cast of Avenue Q are all fantastic- they're going to be pretty big soon.

I've heard though that a bunch of cast members aren't going to stick to theatre, but to puppeteering. That's just what they do.

Bianca Marroquin -- see link to the interview I just conducted with her: https://www.broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=467
She's a hot young star in the Mexico City Theatre scene. She definitely has the talent to be Broadway's next "it girl." She's been in Chicago on Broadway as Roxie (most recently opposite Reva Rice and Patrick Swayze in December) and is currently touring north america as Roxie on the Chicago tour.
