While I too agree, Broadway needs come back better, and not sooner than it is ready to.

I have serious concerns about Paradise Square and the leadership.

As I wrote just now in the essentially duplicate thread, cast and creatives are mostly covered by bonds and advances so they are automatically getting their money up front. That does not address the issues about Rebecca Caine, et al, but it is not accurate or reasonable to say that people will not be paid. Because protections are built in. This is why we have unions. The only exception I can envision is an actor who has some back end profit sharing and those folks are already lawyered (and agented) up.

None of what I have said in either post should be taken to mean I think Garth should be allowed anywhere near a Broadway production. If it were up to me, he would still be rotting in prison.

Totally agree and very well put. I firmly support great art being produced and the return of artists to the stage, but there is no point in starting a journey with blinders on when Max Bialystok is running the show.  One must be judged by their track record and not some "let's give him another shot" BS. Do your homework on Cineplex, Livent, Gospel of John, Black Creek, Sousastka; a plethora of suppliers in a wake of unpaid bills, bullying, and red ink.
