It seems as though the gays are deciding to be as tacky as the straights and proposing to one another in front of an audience of people who couldn't care less. Two princes!

I think it's sweet. Let them have their moment, I say.

Does the cast get extra pay for this?
Or do they speed up the show so that it fits into the allotted time and the producers don't have to pay overtime?
^It did kind of seem like he was never gonna shut up, didn't it?

That proposal was so long, Jason starts singing "Got me looking for the next best thing."

Obviously neither Jason or Kunal have ever been in a musical. In the musicals I've been in, after the curtain call the cast was running over each other to get to the nearest restaurant that sold the biggest steak.
Note to future proposers: Being in a musical is like participating in an athletic event. The cast needs to leave immediately and refuel on steak and carbs. They don't care about how much you love Cinderella, all they care about is "Feed me now!"
1. The proposals have added 2-3 minutes to the running time of the show.
2. The audiences love them.
3. The cast has loved them at least as much as the audiences have.
