Everyone is returning except Marc Kudisch who is being replaced by Craig Bierko

Clearly gunning for TONY awards. They are running until June 11th which makes it seem like To Kill A Mocking Bird is either taking a smaller theater or is not coming back (was ment to restart June 1st at The Belasco)

Kudisch will be in rehearsals for the world premiere of Zachary and Weiner’s Trading Places, so Bierko’s casting makes sense.

I hope I can catch this one!

Which interestingly means a former Harold Hill will be on Broadway at the same time as a current revival

also has it really been almost 10 years since Bierko did Broadway??? (a very brief stint in Matilda in 2013 which ended due to a injury)

No way it comes to the Belasco with that casting. I’m expecting an announcement regarding Mockingbird real soon.

That was the story that was released to the public, but at the time there was a lot of confusion around his run, it started late then ended super early due to the “injury” but a lot of people here at the time speculated it was because he was miscast. I was one of the few who saw him in Matilda and thought he was okay, but it will always mystify me as to what actually went down.

I really adore this show so I'm glad I'll get to see it again!
