We've already got tickets to see In the Heights.
My parents really badly want to see Rock of Ages, having grown up in the 80s.
I want to see Promises, Promises, despite reviews, for I adore Kristin Chenoweth and people I know who just saw it said it was amazing.
Mary Poppins now seems to be an option after having been reccomended by someone who just saw 5 musicals in Broadway and said it was their favorite (the others being Memphis, Promises Promises, Jersey Boys and West Side Story)
We have already seen Wicked, Phantom, Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys and Lion King in touring productions so we have no plans to see them again (though all are wonderful)
We can only see one, maybe two more shows, so please help us decide. (Family of 4, two parents two teenage gitls).
Also feel free to reccomend shows not on the list, for we are open to anything.
Memphis, West Side Story and Promises.
I feel that Memphis is the ideal show to see with the family.
Skip MARY POPPINS and hit OUR TOWN. You won't regret it.

Would skip Promises, hit up Rock of Ages (esp. since your parents are prolly paying and you will all enjoy it) and Memphis.
Skip all the jukebox stuff and see Next To Normal with the new cast. Rock of Ages, Poppins, West Side Story are all touring widely. I would say Next To Normal and Promises if you want to see Kristin.
Teenagers will love Next To Normal. I'd say to that, and then either Promises, Promises or Memphis.
Just so your family knows that if they decide to choose ROA on the 24th of Aug. Constantine will not be there. Here's his tweet from this morning regarding his schedule.
>ConstantineM ________ looks like my last show will be sept 7th and I will be off from 23rd to 29th of aug as well. @RockOfAges<
Next to Normal for sure.
I wouldn't actually push for ROA OR MEMPHIS.
I agree with Next to Normal. I've taken adults and teenagers multiple times and everyone I have taken has loved it. Just saw it this afternoon with the new cast and they really do a wonderful job (especially if you don't know/remember all the specificities of the original cast). Definitely Next to Normal.
La Cage is a must-see imo. I would also say Next to Normal for sure even though I haven't seen Marin or Jason yet.
