I'm kinda glad it's closed...

It certainly was cheated of the run it deserved.
The critics suck.
Good Luck to all involved.
I wish all of its talented cast members much success in future projects.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
More like Goodbye Michael Arden. You deserve to be on Broadway more than anyone.

I really wanted to see this show. Good luck in the future to all the cast members!
Goodbye Michael Arden? He'll be back; he has a bright future ahead of him.
I should change that to Goodbye For Now.
Munk--too funny! (Although I agree on this show)
I do hope Arden and Sesma are back soon!

I hope Brescia and Arden are in a show together, hopefully a successful one. It did not deserve all of the negative attention it got. It wasn't that bad!
Aside from the vocals and arrangements--yes it was that bad!

To a packed and wildly cheering house at the final performance (Sunday afternoon), at the curtain speech Thom Sesma told the audience that they obviously didn't read "The Times".
They at a terrific send-off - with cast members, swings, and crew introduced from the stage - with special cheers for Twyla Tharp too - who was sitting upstairs.
With cast members holding the BC/EFA buckets at the exits afterwards, there was a chance for fans in the audience to say a personal final goodbye to them.
Flop shows can have simply terrific send-offs - Side Show, Taboo, ROF, ASU and DOTV come to mind. Many others, too.
Titanic never returned its investment on Broadway--- but the final performance was incredibly emotional and touching.
Every show finds its fans (even if there aren't enough of them to keep running). And every show deserves a nice send-off for the sake of the hard-working cast and company.
Awww...
Joanna Gleason was in the audience today. :)
The show needed to close and make room for more deserving productions. It sucked- plain and simple. It was an absolutely waste of talent.
I wish nothing but the best to the cast and crew who did outstanding jobs despite the terrible creative vision. I'm sure that most of them will be working again before long... hopefully in shows that are of higher calibre.
I was there this afternoon as well. The show was virtually the same since early previews, which was sad to see because Twyla could have made cuts and changes to make the show more coherent, but unfortunately, it was still a mess. The audience absolutely LOVED the show (and I have to admit I wa applauding a lot as well). Michael Arden and Thom Sesma were really on today...held all their notes longer, were in full voice, and gave it their all. Lisa Brescia, as always, was stunning. Her vocals are a joy to hear and as I said in a previous review of the show, Lisa actually acts the part as well (which Caren did not do as well). Performers aside, the show was still horrible and I was glad to be able to see this show close.
I didn't see it in NYC, but saw it 3 times at the Globe. I LOVED it. Each to their own.

otis- How is the Grinch going?
I had the privilege of seeing Jason Wooten in the role of Coyote the day before opening. He was great despite the show's shortcomings. I hope to see him in a lead role again soon.
oh and i also wanted to say that i loved the fact that Thom specifically mentioned the 35 previews and 28 performances in his closing speech...admitting to twyla and the cast that the show was a huge flop!

Oh bryan! You're back. I didn't know how long you'd be gone for; we can only take so long of your absence!
I was also there this afternoon.
Talented cast, did not care much for the show itself.
