Douglas Carter Beane should write the book for Grease 2, and bring it to Broadway ASAP!!! It would be fabulous...so much fun! I love GREASE 2....

I can't believe that michelle pfeiffer is so embarrassed by this film. I think it was great. and it was her first movie. and she regrets making it. sad.

Where have YOU been? When Michelle was doing the talk-show circuit for HAIRSPRAY, she spoke quite positively about GREASE 2. Yes, she acknowledged its faults but is thrilled she took part in it and is pleased its ranked among the cult films ala John Waters' films, etc. She mentioned that it was very early in her career and she's grown so much since, but she embraces the film for what its become.

Actually, its HOLLYWOOD KNIGHTS, another 50's set teen flick she did before GREASE 2, that Pfeifer won't talk about. It also features Robert Wuhl singing "Volare" and then farting into the microphone.

I was fortunate enough to work with the incredibly talented and charming Adrien Zmed in a summer-stock season. He still adores the movie, would love to see it work on stage, and has a good sense of humor about the turns his career took afterward (i.e., direct-to-video "erotic thrillers" before he finally returned to Broadway.) The interns actually paid homage to him one night at one of the post-show cabarets by performing "Score Tonight", and he loved it.

I ask in all honesty/What would life be?/Without a song and a dance, what are we?/So I say "Thank you for the music/For giving it to me."

Brianidol- I was afraid to say it before, but since you already did....I love it better than the original too!!! The only thing missing from Grease 2 was ONJ, just because I love her!!!

and here I was not thinking anyone else loved this movie - but, here you all are! Yes, I, too, love this movie. Connie Stevens as a teacher? Tab Hunter? Love Adria Zmed. The movie was lotsa fun. ....."Who's that guy?".....
