Bumping to let everyone know I was able to pick this up today near Boston, so the price is probably still good if you can find one anywhere.  There was only one copy in the specific $2 clearance area, but I checked the shelf where they normally were and found about six copies.  A couple were still shrink wrapped so I was able to get one of those!

Not in stock at any of my local stores as of today, except one that had it for $40. Sorry. But call your local stor(s) and check. They’ll tell you over the phone.

You can now get it on Amazon for about 5 dollars. Which makes me very sad.

I’ll be in New York at the end of the month, is there any chance I could find one then? 

If only there were Barnes and Noble stores here in Canada, I would have pick one up ages ago.

You could try, but I haven’t seen them in any of the NY B&N locations anymore.

Northern NY may have one, or NJ. I'd gotten mine up north where they were abundant!
