Sucks for the people who've got tickets for these dates, but at least they're still all coming back for that last month or so (well, Griffiths is only gone for a week, but still).
I'd actually be kind of curious to pop in there that week when they're all out to see what the replacements do with the roles, but I need to see History Boys again like I need a hole in the head!

Posted: 6/16/06 at 6:29pmPeople who see them shouldn't be disappointed, even though they may be desperate to see the Tony winners. I found Desmond Barrit's performance to be far more touching than Richard Griffiths. It's a quieter performance, but no less beautiful.
