I so so so need Carolee Carmello as Grizabella. Or Marin Mazzie or Lesli Margherita (once Matilda is done if they want to have Jessica Hendy take over the role for a bit which I wouldn't mind at all) or Sara Ramirez or Julia Murney.

I've never seen CATS, so I don't know the demands of the Grizabella role. Do you think Betty Buckley could still perform it? That would be a tremendous publicity angle and, now, a real box office draw!

Nathan Lane, obviously. He's the only one who could do true justice to such a classic. And I'd kill to see him in one of those costumes. Rawr!

I think Lena Hall was a brilliant suggestion! Stunning voice and she'd nail the role. Murney too - I remember being floored by her voice in clips that got posted of her Elphaba.
