Saw this picture on Laura Benanti's MySpace page. Haven't seen the article yet (if there is one). Not a fan of Patti's wig. Definitely a fan of Benanti's dress though.

I agree LadyRosecoe. Was the CC hair her actual hair or was that a wig also? It looked more natural.

It was a wig and although it wasn't very flattering in it's plainness, it looked a hell of a lot more natural than that curly mess she had at Ravinia.

I like this wig. She used her real hair at CC. She said in an email question to someone "I will be wearing a wig again when we transfer!

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that that was Patti's real hair we saw at City Center. I remember reading a comment from one of her email responses that someone posted on here where she said something like, "And I get to wear a wig this time!" in reference to the then upcoming Broadway transfer.

Ry, do you know? You're the expert on this production =)

Haha, an expert?! I'm fairly certain the hair at City Center was a wig, but I can check and get back to you on that.
