HAIRSPRAY WELCOME TO THE 60S ENTIRE SCENE

And apparently, legal and I guess sanctioned. It is absolutely amazing. I saw them filming this when I was on the set but this is even better than I remembered.

This is not youtube.

I am sure that moment will be tweaked before release.

But I love it - becuase it is random. quirky fun.

That's my problem with them, too. It's because they come in after the button that they seem so random. If the fireworks came in on the button it would prove to be much mroe effective. Maybe this is something they will change in while still in post-production.

I think they work better after the button.

And, mateo, from what I've seen so far I think John Waters would love how this has turned out.

Yes Waters is still living.

He makes a cameo in the movie.

Thank you for posting that link! I didn't think I'd like, but I LOVED it!!! I have so much hope for this film now. I missed Harvey's voice, but Travolta was very cute acting wise.

'Hairspray' is one of those movies where I would love to see/own every single reel of footage.

re: HAIRSPRAY WELCOME TO THE 60S ENTIRE SCENE

This really made me more excited for the film... except for Travolta. I just think he looks and sounds wrong. His dancing looked good though. The choreography looks beyond fierce, and I like the art direction from what I've seen.
