Popular, do you think Stephanie has a good chance of winning?
My boss will be there, as my firm has a table. He was trying to get me an extra ticket.
She's in very good company so we'll just have to wait and see.
Her catagory is Outstanding Lead Actress, Non-Resident Production and she's up against Kendra, Vanessa Redgrave, Keala Settle, and Amy Ziff.
She's the reason I'm interested in the awards this year but there are a lot of other catagories to watch and follow. Am I to understand that these are the equivalent to the DC Tony's? I'm actually not too familiar with these awards.
OOOH Dottie, you'll have to fill us in on the highlights if you are able to make it! :)
Playbill article link below if anyone is interested.

I'm thrilled that IAMOW won. Brilliance, to say the absolute least.
Timote ~ I never got to see IAMOW but a few weeks ago we had Rip Taylor on the show I was working on. He was passing out those pearl necklaces with the show's name on it. He told me he put some money behind that show and was really proud of it! He is a huge theater fan... showed me a picture of him and Liza that he kept in his purse (yes, he has a purse). Was making plans to see Dame Edna here... so adorable!
