Has anyone seen the rush lines these past few days? Seeing as Daniel's last show is coming up, I'm assuming they are extremely long. I just want to know what I should expect and how early I should arrive. Thanks!
Got to the theatre at 9.50 am boxing day and there were about 80 people, a lot people turned up after me also. I still managed to get a ticket on the 4th row, restricted view but well worthy for $30, bare in mid that the had two performances though
thanks! I'm planning to go to tomorrow's matinee. Did it seem as though more people were buying tickets for the 2pm or 8pm show?
No idea sorry! I guess people are more likely to go for the matinee as they might not want to wait all day for the evening show since the have to be there early in the morning, but on the other hand the matinee might be quitter and have more rush tickets available, just guessing though... good luck!

I'm also going to try to get tickets for tomorrow's matinee so hopefully the line won't be too long.. haha. I think I'll be there around 8am.
hey i'm going to rush tomorrow, dec. 30th, for the matinee. do you think getting there by 7:45/8am is a safe bet?
thanks

How early are people getting there Sunday for Dan and John's last? My friends and I were planning on getting there early (an hour or two after the ball drops, since we'll be there). We just want to make sure we won't be the only ones there, we don't want to be sitting on the street alone.
I am currently on the rush line and I arrived at 7:20am. The line was to the gentlemens club already. It's 8:15 am now and the line is already past the Japanese restaurant.
I'd say there's about 50 people in front of me.
Although I'm hopeful, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed !
Hope this could help you prepare for the possible volume of people.
Keep in mind there are two shows today dec. 30th

How that work out for you, wuhanbbyx0013?
And countrygurl, you're planning on sitting outside the theatre for 10 hours to get rush tickets? Really? I was planning on arriving at two to three hours ahead of the box office opening.
theminutepast, unfortunately, both shows sold out of rush by the time i got to the box office... and the line was still incredibly long, hardly made a dent. but my mom was with me so we splurged $92 each. the first first person in line got there at 4:15am.
and countrygurl, if you were willing to stand outside the box office for 10 hours, good for you. i'm sure you'll be first.

We arrived two hours before the box office opened with 100 people ahead of us. About 20 people abandoned the line. The first 40 or so people received rush tickets. By the time we reached the box office, they were selling $90 partial view tickets. Unfortunately, they only had one left at that point, so we had to go home. It looked like some people had stayed over the entire night.
