I had no desire to this production until now.

I thought he was beyond brilliant in The Sixth Sense, and deserved the Oscar that year.

That being said, I don't think his casting is going to lead to a stampede at the box office.

You know, I honestly thought (and still think) that Tom Cruise should have won the Oscar that year for "Magnolia." Yes, he's a tool, but he was friggin' amazing in that movie. (Please don't hit me!)

I'm with the Distinctive Baritone, Tom Cruise did a damn fine job in 'Magnolia'.

I thought Tom Cruise would win too. The best role he's played - maybe because he actually is like that in real life?

It's the most interesting cast of the season- especially for Mamet.

I don't know if any of you saw Osment in the movie "Secondhand Lions," but he was older in that (it was made in 2003, vs 1999 for "Sixth Sense") and I thought he was very good. I'm quite interested to see how he does in this part.
