How bad are these seats?? It appears the only thing left for most of the dates this fall are single seats that are partial view, for example Rows B-E seats 20 and higher....anyone sat there or have any thoughts?

I'm (finally) seeing Hamilton next month.
I have a partial view seat, and I've seen people's opinions on the box and the back or the orchestra, but I can't find anything specific about the front orchestra. My ticket is Row D, Seat 17. has anyone sat here or close? What were your thoughts on the view for this show?
Thanks!

If you search for Hamilton Seat Question, you will find a discussion of these seats.
I am seeing the thread when I search, but when I click on the title, nothing happens.
Also, there is a website A View From My Seat. If you search for Richard Rodgers theater, you will see photos that people have posted from their seats. Perhaps one there will be in the section that you're asking about.
Thanks!

I saw Hamilton from Row A, seat 11 (second row, last seat house left) and had very little issue with visibility. I can only think of two moments were people's heads were cut off because they were on the second tier, but other than that I was extremely satisfied with the seat.

Thanks for the information and help!
I'm feeling better about the view after reading the thoughts here and in the other thread that I missed on my initial search.
I don't live in New York, but I do get to visit a few times a year. I've tried the lottery every possible opportunity I've had, but like most people, I've been completely unsuccessful. I finally just decided to suck it up and buy resale. The ticket I got wasn't TOO terrible (I tell myself that because I've seen some of the other prices, and mine seems like a steal in comparison).
Now the only thing I'm bummed about is that Leslie will be on vacation during my show. I'm trying not to be too upset about it, though, because I'm sure his understudy will be great. I'm just thankful to be seeing the show at all!

Has anyone sat in E24? I saw A View From My Seat and it almost looks like a bunch of lights will be in my way
I'm super nervous that I spent $200 to not see anything.

Are you looking at the photo marked E 2? I think that is a typo. E 2 would be much more centrally located. I think it is actually E twentysomething. I guess that would be your view approximately. Really, if you're worried about the lights blocking your view, not much happens on the upper level. Sometimes people are up there briefly to sing. I think you will be fine with that seat!
Also, the person who posted that photo said that the blockage was minimal.

Fantastic to hear! My mum and I are sitting in Row A seats 9 and 10 (yep, we're sitting on opposite ends of the row!). I figured that the price of the seats next to us meant they wouldn't be too bad!

We were at the box office this past Saturday AM. Man in front of us wanted 2 Partial Views for "any show up to Wednesday the 30th", didn't have to be together. Box office quickly found him 2 in Row D on the left side for that day's matinee.
It seems there is decent (relatively speaking) partial view availability if you go to the Box Office.
We got Box seats for next September. Was the earliest Sat. Night that there was availability for those.

When is Leslie on vacation? I apologize if this information has been posted and I missed it.

I sat Row D, Seat 17. I don't feel like I missed much at all- just the top of the stairs on stage right.

I'm seeing the show tomorrow night & I'm in Row D, Seat 22. I almost didn't buy the ticket because it said partial view but it sounds like I won't miss too much, hopefully.
