Jordan, that's just silly. There is no translation for [eff] in Klingon. "[Eff] SoH joH'a'." The closest to what you want is the standard declaration for being upset, "Hu'tegh". So Hasa Diga Ebowai is "Hu'tegh SoH joH'a" in Klingon.

Also, according to this link, "eebow" in Somali is translated into "O'Allah". So in my humble opinion I think "has" is the word you're looking for... =)
