Posted: 9/8/06 at 4:41pmMattbrian-- I promise you that we didn't all start a secret thread in which we all vowed to be mean to you in threads. My thought on fixing this problem: Stop typing in stupid things that make you look stupid and/or ignorant.

Ok, folks, here's the thread.
And, incidentally, it's been a long first week at school. I'm probably just venting. I know none of you actually hate me but I've gotten some bad rap in the past on this board. And I'll try and stay quiet during any future shows I see.

Posted: 9/8/06 at 4:49pmStarting that thread was sooooo not the answer to make people like you. Others have tried it before and it always ends ugly.

Posted: 9/8/06 at 4:52pmMatt, I get yelled at by the time by many of the queens on this board. Who cares? It always makes me laugh. I would not be caught dead with most of these people in public. It's a good way to pass time.

stop being so self depricating. People on this board are brutal. You can choose to ignore them or choose to fight with them. I'm glad you realized that it's bad to shout things out in theatres, but don't fret about what people think about you. And don't start stupid topics and expect no one to respond harshly.

Thanks for the advice. Seriously. I am just making an ass out of myself. And I apologize.

In retrospect, I wish I had yelled things out at Tarzan. I used to go to the Sally show and yell "That's what you think!" and "He's not the boss of you!"
I would love to hear Jane scream "You don't know me!"

Posted: 9/8/06 at 5:04pmMattBrain-ever hear the expression "you always hurt the ones you love." There must be a lot of love on here if people even care enough to give you grief. Take a deep breath and relax. It's just a message board. I'm getting death threats about my statements about Diet Coke, so just take it all in stride. i just laugh about it all. :)

Posted: 9/8/06 at 5:28pmive got one, although it was by no means broadway. I was maybe 6 yrs old seeing my older brother in a school play. When he walked on stage for the first time I yelled "YO FRANCO!" and gave him a thumbs up. It was awesome. Im not ashamed.

Bettyboy, I'm fine now. I do this crap all the time. I throw things all the way out of proportion. And then I feel like s**t afterwards. I'm cool now. I think I'm gonna do a thread about favorite songs in musicals now.

That was too funny.

Posted: 9/9/06 at 1:53amthats probably true. more recently i did sit front row at Hairspray with my cell phone in my cleavage. One of the cast members later told me it was a bit distracting. Ha!

I feel like writing a song parody about this thread.
But I bet Mattbrain is almost finished with his version.
