I don't recall ever seeing anything in the Ethel Barrymore. But, apart from that venue, I have seen a show in every still-existing Broadway theater. As for the Ethel Barrymore, that will change shortly when I see "Arcadia".

The only ones I have not been in are:
The New Amsterdam
The Palace
I saw a show in the Mark Hellinger before it converted.
Every time we have one of these threads, I feel reassured in the fact that I'm not the only dork who tracks this stuff in a spreadsheet!
A couple years ago, a friend and I actually had a little competitionto see who could see shows in all the Broadway theaters first. I won when I saw THE LITTLE MERMAID and checked off the Lunt-Fontanne. Then the Henry Miller re-opened and I saw BIRDIE.
The fact that she refuses to see PHANTOM helped me win. :)
I have not seen anything in theaters that do not exist anymore, however.
I've been in all of them but the Ambassador. I've seen Chicago three times but it was once at the Richard Rodgers and twice at the Shubert. I feel like I should bite the bullet and just go once more for completism, but...I just haven't made it yet. Okay, and I'm cheating on the Sondheim since I saw Cabaret in that space when it was the Kit Kat Klub way back when. But I'm seeing Anything Goes in a few weeks and will check it off anew.
Years ago I got a great book in London called "The Great Theatres of London" It had a write up on each theatre, pictures inside of the theatres and pictures from some shows that have played in each one.
Is there a Broadway equivalent that I am not aware of?
At This Theatre. I believe it was published by Playbill.
I'm only at about 65%, but I've tripled and quadrupled at some houses.
It was published by Applause, but one of the writers is a Playbill columnist.

It's really lovely. I have the first printing so it's a little outdated, but I still adore it.
And yes, I have seen shows in each of the current Broadway houses, as well as at least one (possibly more that I'm forgetting?) that are no longer.

I haven't been to the:
Ambassador
Samuel J. Friedman
Minskoff
I have no interest in seeing Chicago nor the Lion King again (saw them both on tour) and as of yet there hasn't been an MTC show I've wanted to see (except Times Stands Still, which I saw at the Cort.)
Thanks for the info orange and luv. Just ordered it. :)

Wasn't sure if I'd seen anything at the Cort or the Music Box, but just looked up shows and realized I did see revivals of The Homecoming and Lend Me a Tenor, so yes, I've seen a show in all of the currently running theatres!
Now I kinda want to make a spreadsheet of my own and see how many shows I've seen in each. lol.

I have missed four or five but the amazing thing is the idea of some of you never having been inside The Majestic. My God, that theater IS Broadway. It's the most famous, most storied house in the business. I have seen it at it's absolute peak in the early 60s and wow, what a palace.
Only two...
American Airlines Theatre and Samuel J. Friedman. I'm actually a little surprised that I have been to almost every one.

I started going to NY to see shows in 1979, and I've seen more than 350 shows. So yes, I've been in every Broadway House, most of them many times. The complete list would probably crash the server or something, LOL.

Coincidental with this thread popping up again, my daughter just saw VIOLET, making the AA Theater the 40th Broadway house she's been to. Last year she saw FIRST DATE at the Longacre, her 39th Broadway theater. Me -- I'm up to only 38 so far.
I just completed this yesterday. Only the Sam Freidman escaped me for a long time. Saw CASA VALENTINA and can now say I've seen a show (usually more than 1) in every currently operating Broadway Theater. And saw 2 shows in the old Henry Miller.
I'm only missing two: The Ambassador and the August Wilson, mainly because I saw both Chicago and Jersey Boys as touring productions in San Francisco, and nothing new has ever played in them since then. Can't search my e-mail database to see if I attended shows before then...

by now I think I have seen at least two different shows in every Broadway theater, even those with long running shows - the Majestic included. I saw a revival of The Most Happy Fella, Ballroom, and 42nd Street there before Phantom settled in.
Have 2 left: The Friedman and the Lincoln Center. Seeing Casa Valentina in April, so Friedman is done, and waiting for King and I for Lincoln Center theater.
As of this coming Saturday, when I see VIOLET at the American Airlines, I will have been to at least one show in every current Broadway theater, plus I've seen shows at the old Henry Miller's and Criterion Center.
Since posting in this thread three years ago, I've been to five out of the six theaters that I was missing. Only the Minskoff now escapes me; I saw THE LION KING twice back when it was at the New Amsterdam, and have little desire to go back.
