Posted: 10/11/11 at 11:55amCaught the end of Jackson and Bassett. Saw Bernadette. Love that she sang a bit of "In Buddy's Eyes". That footage they showed looked pretty professional. A DVD would be nice. There are a number of other shows I want to see but I so want to go back and see "Follies" again.

They showed the promo clip of "Waiting for the Boys Downstairs." She discussed how Sally couldn't get over her first love and that led to her questioning "what if" since her life didn't become everything she thought it would be. Therefore assuming if she had been with Ben, her life would have been what she had hoped it would be.
It was a very very short interview maybe 4 or 5 minutes at the most.

brett, they showed a lot of clips behind her while they were talking. Not sure if these were all promo clips but the shots were from a lot of different angles. Maybe B roll footage.

Posted: 10/12/11 at 2:33amYeah I think it was Walters mentioning how beautiful the song was and Bernadette just started singing a verse of it. Btw, I have heard some complaint about the large gap in her voice to her soprano. Personally, there wasn't a noticeable change even though I was waiting for one. But maybe it was because she wasn't singing loudly. Clearly I do not know much about singing but I did not hear a noticable gap!
