With only a week left in the current West End run of this wonderfully-reviewed production, am wondering if anyone’s heard of it transferring here stateside (for a very limited run, I’m sure)?

Some people have mentioned murmurings in this thread but it doesn't seem like anything super concrete yet.

It'd be nice for a Shakespearean Broadway production to be one of his lighter shows for a change.
It’s definitely coming, I hope it sells out and people have an absolute blast.

Can’t wait! To the previous post’er’s point, it’ll be nice to have one of the comedies on the stem.
One of my first Shakespeare productions was the RSC’s “Much Ado” with Derek Jacobi, and it was glorious. Years later, I caught an equally giddy production of the show at the Delacorte with Kevin Kline and Blythe Danner in the lead roles.
So…very much looking forward to this!

It's a glorious, and just plain fun production that New York City will fall in love with. It must transfer.
It'll transfer. Producers connected to Sunset and Jamie Lloyd have responsibilities to it.

Any thoughts on where is might land? The Shed? The PAC? I’d love to think the Palace, but sounds like the Lost Boys has that tied up after GGGR.

Still hoping for an announcement on this transferring. Hiddleston is shooting another season of the Night Manager, and reprising Loki for the next set of MCU FLICKS, so I wonder when (if?) he’ll have time for this.

If it happens it won't be until next Spring, but Broadway is the aim.
