I know someone is gonna kill me but...
I think the show is pretty good, but the recent revival at the Ford Center I thought was pretty boring, maybe I just was having a bad day......Jesus Christ Superstar
Some of the music (like the title song) was pretty good though

That's right. Thou Shalt not...........diss JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. lol. Just joking. If you want to hear a PHENOMENAL cast recording of JCS, listen to the 1996 London Cast. That might change your mind.
The Lion King (I liked the first 10 minutes or so)

This is a depressing thread. I'm a person who really likes people. But reading these posts made me realize I wouldn't be able to spend a minute and a half with 90% of you before I would want to hurl myself from a steep precipice.

i think we need satiny jackets with a cool logo: the ten percenters.
Phantom of the opera, the first time i saw it, it was amazing, but the second time it draaaaaaaaagggeeedd!!!!!
Grease really bores me when its on stage. It is one of my favorite movies but the casts I have seen can never bring the songs to life at all.

Notre Dame de Paris. The only time that I've almost fallen asleep during a musical.
someone mentioned being bores at "The Woman In Black". What production did you see? I saw the London cast a few years back and can't imagine how anyone could be bored at that show unless it was done badly. I know everyone has their own tastes, but that play was one of the scariest experiences of my life!

AIDA. It's so boring and slow and the lyrics drive me nuts

I'm gonna have to jump on the "Cats is boring" bandwagon. I was also very bored by Annie Get Your Gun...but it was also a performance at a camp. And no one in the cast was older than 13. And I couldn't hear any of the words that they were singing. And it made me very glad that I was too old to audition for it. So, I don't think that counts...but the story doesn't interest me all that much, either. Personal preference, sorry. Anyway...Phantom of the Opera really bored me as well. I was expecting to love it and then I saw it...and it was a let down. MAJOR let down. It was very sad for me. My friend is still trying to get me into it, but I really don't feel it. Other then that, though...no shows really "bored" me per se. The other ones I didn't like just either A) freaked me out, B) made no sense, or C) Both (a la Joseph and the Amazing Technicrapper Dreamcrap)
Wow, I'm new to this board and I probably already have people hating me for trashing shows that they like. Huh. Oh well. Sorry!
I tend to prefer plays over musicals. I thought Sight Unseen at MTC was incredibly boring and lacking.
