Adults always have to have alcohol involved. Atleast kids can have fun without being loaded. If I lived in NYC, I would plan a get together for us "kiddies" and have an immature, fun time and talk about Hairspray, Gypsy, and TMM!! What do you say fellow immature "kiddies?"

Well...how bout both...the kids can have some sort of thing which everyone can go to and then afterwards ..

Really? I am an adult and I don't drink anything stonger than ginger ale. I don't smoke or do drugs (except for the meds the doctor has me on) either.

The prospect of getting smashed is a lot more appealing than discussing Hairspray, Gypsy, or even Millie.

I would take being your age any day of the week. It is a sobering thought to know that 2/3 of your life is over. When you get to be my age, you will wish you were your age now. Enjoy your youth. So you can't have alcohol big deal. You have your youth & that is irreplaceable

Mr. Roxy - I know, trust me I'm enjoying my youth (Thoush you said some very wise wotds for those who truly aren't enjoying their youth!). I was referring more to the fact that people will judge you by your age when you're young and immediately look down on you because you're younger. They assume you can't be mature at a young age, that's really my only problem at this age. To be honest, I really don't care about not being able to drink, I was just kidding around. Not that we all haven't had some booze once or twice...

If I was in NYC, I would go to a Tony Party. That is a great idea, BB! I have always wanted to have one, but don't have the friends that like Broadway.
