Is that Zac Efron - Equus rumor still floating around? *shudder*

Haven't you guys heard about Selena and Demi playing Violet and Daisey? Miley is the fortune teller. Zac is Buddy Miley's dad is Terry. Corbin is Jake. And the cast of 13, the Billys, and all the other children on Broadway are part of the ensamble of freaks. duh.

Hysterical...absolutely hysterical. I love the posters who obviously aren't familiar with Joe's sense of humor. Awesome... :)

No one is aware of Joe's sense of humor because he is so rarely funny, but this time he hit pay dirt.

And once again, all of the people who are freaking out, just joined within the last 6 months...

What's wrong with these people?

I hope all you haters are happy. Hairspray closes next week- now even the Disney shows are suffering. We could have stopped this but NO, you all had to fight and complain rather than save Broadway. I hope you feel a stab of regret every time you walk past the empty theater where Hairspray used to live.

One thing that would help would be if the snobs among you would welcome newcomers, even though they don't know all the secrets and history. This site is extremely unpleasant much of the time. What will happen when only New Yorkers are going to support the Great White Way - because that is happening right now. It seems you should welcome those who want, and are able to come here rather than make them feel unwelcome.

I don't think Zac and Miley will save the Theatre, but they could sell a lot of tickets for $25, and pack a very large theater most of the time.

You're so lucky that American Idol doesn't originate in your city - just think how disgusted you would be. People from all over the world order tickets two and three years ahead. But then, the tickets are free. Sorry - you definitely wouldn't be interested.

Shrek is one of the best Disney movies ever and I'm glad they put it on stage.

I propose there be a Les Miserables show with Billy Ray Cyrus as Javert, Miley Cyrus as Cosette, Zac Efron as Marcius, and Ashley Tisdale as Eponine. And somewhere the Cheetah Girls will pop out of the chorus and sing their remixed version of "One Day More".

(This thread is hilarious. XD)

I agree! Shrek is a wonderful Disney movie. It's right up there with "Anastasia," "Ferngully," "The Road To El Dorado," "Iron Giant," and "The Secrets of NIMH!" God, I love Disney movies.

I would see the Jonas brothers in any Broadway production. But I would really like someone to pen a descent jukebox musical of their hits.

Nick Jonas was on Broadway.

No, I'm not being sarcastic.

Hey has anyone seen that "Title of Show"? I hear that is really cheap to produce, too, and that it's supposed to be reopening before the Tonys. Any chance that it would run if they recast it? From what I've heard, with people who can sing and act (like maybe Selena Gomez and that Phil of the Future kid), people might want to go see it.

We've got to do something. I hear Spamalot is closign now?
